This report details the study conducted by the Crossroads Housing Network and the Inner South Community Health Centre. The study explored the extent of family homelessness in Victoria and illustrated the plight of families unable to acquire assistance from the welfare system and analyzed the trend for welfare organizations to place homeless families in private hotels as a form of emergency accommodation.
