Thank you for sharing your story with me, I think I can write a book on how stress has affected my life. My hair was breaking and hurt my head to wash my hair, my eye glasses were 4 times the strength they should have been, my skin breaks out in psorasis the closer I get to the date my son completd his suicide, two days before my husband of 25 years died of cancer.
When I have to deal with the skin, it is irratating but I pale in comparison to others I deal with that have had suicidal thoughts.
I am at the right place at the right time to work with suicide prevention awareness and we have already had enormous and positive results but my body still has something inside that is working against my mind. It IS difficult to have so many good things going on and my body has a difficult time dealing with that... sigh! I pray to share this with others also so someone can come up with how we can deal with this, yes, journaling is good. /Barb
