Description: This handout will help users understand the culture of homelessness and important factors in the lives of homeless individuals. It also teaches ways to recognize how the problems of homelessness and alcohol use disorders interact and how prevalent co-occurrence is. The handout presents modifications of alcohol treatment approaches that enhance effectiveness with homeless populations.
