Give yourself permission to make mistakes. That’s how you learn.
It can be difficult to acknowledge that you are at fault, especially when you may have negatively impacted another person. However, these are the moments that can bring about the best learning opportunities. Take time to understand why the situations worked out differently than you expected. Listen to the advice of your peers. They may have been through a similar experience.

Also take the initiative to learn from others' mistakes and lessons learned.

Check out the "Related Resources" to the right of the screen to see what you can learn from your peers.
