Nick Falvo is a doctoral candidate at Carleton University’s School of
Public Policy and Administration and teaches a course on affordable
housing and homelessness in Carleton’s School of Social Work. His
research interests include poverty, affordable housing, social
assistance, homelessness and post-secondary education policy.
Prior to his doctoral studies, Nick worked for 10 years as a community
social worker with homeless persons in Toronto.
